Four Paws Animal Clinic is a Chapel Hill, N.C.-based veterinary clinic focused on cat and dog needs. We were one of the original businesses in Glenwood Square Shopping Center, providing full veterinary services, pet grooming, cat boarding and more. The owner, Dr. Melanie A. Smith, DVM, is a 1992 graduate of North Carolina State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine. She first practiced in a large multiple-physician veterinary hospital, one year of which was devoted to emergency medicine.
Dr. Smith has been the owner and primary physician for Four Paws Animal Clinic for the past 13 years, with her primary interest being in geriatric medicine.
